The Budget Transfer Form is used to reallocate available budgetary resources within, between, or among, account(s) on a temporary or permanent basis. A reallocation of resources can be transacted only within the same fund (see Glossary of Terms). Please contact the Financial Management Office if your question concerns multiple funds.
This form is an electronic form in MS Excel format. Please do not alter the format when circulating the form electronically for approvals or upon final electronic submission to the Financial Management Office.
The purpose of the Budget Transfer form is to align your department's budget allocation with your planned expenditures in a current or future fiscal year.
